Andy Paszko - Baseball

 
Andy is the General Manager here at "Let It Rip". He played his travel ball for the 2 time AAU State Champion, Bartlett Bandits. He attended Bartlett High School, where he gained Upstate 8 All-Conference, and All- Area honors, along with being selected to the North Suburban All-Star team. He played his freshman year of college ball at Lewis University, before accepting a scholorship from Chicago State University, playing 3 years at the Division I level. Andy has been an instructor at Let It Rip since our doors opened in Jan. 2007. He also was the Varsity pitching coach at Trinity Christian College in 2007, and will be joining the Lincoln-Way East Varsity coaching staff in the spring of 2011.

Brent Bowers - Graduated from St. Lawrence H.S., and was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the second round of the 1989 Draft. He played for the Baltimore Orioles in the 1996 season. Brent returned to the Blue Jays organization in 1998, played for the 1999 Hyundai Unicorns, and was in the Cincinnati Reds organization in 2000. He served as the hitting coach for the Gary SouthShore RailCats of the Northern League from 2003 to 2004. He was the manager of the Windy City ThunderBolts of the Frontier League in 2005 and 2006. Most recently, Brent was the field manager for the Edmonton Capitals of the Golden Baseball League.
 

Tim graduated from Lincoln-Way East H.S. in 2005. He was All-Conference and All-Area Honorable Mention in 2004 & 2005. Tim played in the 2007 Division III National Junior College World Series with Joliet Jr. College. While at JJC, he recieved All-Conference and All-Region Honors for his play behind the plate. Tim then went on to play for Judson University, where he was All-Conference, and was named to the Gold Glove Team at catcher in 2009. Tim followed up his playing career as a student assistant coach at Judson, and is currently an assistant coach at Lincoln-Way West H.S.
 

Eric is a native of Mokena, and a 2001 graduate of Marist H.S., where he was a 2 time All-Conference, Southtown All-Area, Chicago Tribune All-Area, and 2nd team All-State selection. He played his college ball at St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer Indiana, where he was a 4 yr. Varsity starting pitcher, GLVC Freshman Pitcher of the Year runner-up, and a 3 time GLVC All-Conference selection. Eric played minor league ball in 2006 with the Joliet Jackhammers, in 2007 he was with the Frontier League Champion, Windy City Thunderbolts, where he set a league record for single season wins. A hip injury in 2008 sidelined him until 2010. In 2010 he was part of the Frontier Leagues Southern Illinois Miners pitching staff that set a league record of 20 consecutive wins. Eric's coaching experience includes 2 years at St. Joseph's College as Varsity Assistant / Pitching coach, and 1 year at Brother Rice H.S. as a pitching instructor / coach.

Kim was a four year starting varsity pitcher at Mother McAuley High School in Chicago. There, her  honors included being named team MVP, Prep athlete of the week by the Chicago Tribune and the Daily Southtown, and was a 3 time GCAG All-Conference player. Kim was twice selected for the GCAC All-Tournament team and holds several conference records. She continued her softball career at St. Xavier University, in Chicago. While there, she was chosen for the CCAC All-Tournament team, recieved the "Coaches" Award, and also a "Gold Glove" award. Kim played her travel ball with the Bandits

Katy Dammer - Softball 

Jamie was a 4 year starter at Mother McAuley High School in Chicago. She played her college ball at North Central College, where she was selected CCIW  "All - Region" 1st Team, and holds school records for most sacrifices, assists, and stolen bases 

Katy is a 2005 graduate of Lincoln-Way East, where as a freshman, she was part of the Class AA State Championship Team, LWE's inaugural year. She recieved a scholorship to play Division I ball at Bradley University. Katy was an integral part of Bradley's 2009 team that won the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament, Bradley's 1st NCAA regional appearance. She graduated in 2009 with a degee in elementary education. Katy was the Lincoln-Way East, Sophmore Girl's Softball head coach in 2010, and will be an assistant coach at the Varsity Level in 2011.
