While most batting helmets look very similar, manufacturer's sizing methods can vary from one to another. Obviously the best way to assure a proper fit is to try it on. Between our Pro- Shop here at Let It Rip, your team equipment, or your teammates, you should be able to find the proper size. Below are various manufacturers sizing charts. The "One Size Fits All" batting helmets made by most manufacturers offer a unique design that is equipped with  hidden adjusting mechanisms for a custom fit. They combine a high-impact ABS shell with laminated dual-density foam that absorbs energy and provides a comfortable fit.
One Size Fits All
Sizing generally is as follows:

        Youth  6 1/4 - 7 1/4
        Adult   6 1/2 - 7 1/2
Softball helmets feature either a molded channel, or a cut out in the back for ponytails & braids.
